We offer five levels of Professional Web Design Packages with all inclusive features including initial domain name registration, web hosting and quarterly web site maintenance and web site promotion services.

- For merchants who do not have credit card terminals we offer on line secure credit card transactions using Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express and E-Checking through a variety of providers. You will not need to upgrade your server or purchase an SSL Certificate. You will be able to select the best e-commerce/shopping cart solution to fit your needs at a price you can afford.

- E-Commerce Options:
- For merchants who do not have credit card terminals we offer on line secure credit card transactions using Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express and E-Checking through a variety of providers. You will not need to upgrade your server or purchase an SSL Certificate. You will be able to select the best e-commerce/shopping cart solutions to fit your needs at a price you can afford.
- For merchants who do have credit card terminals we will set up your store front and shopping cart on our secure server so you have no additional monthly fees or service charges other than your current bank charges you pay for your in store transactions. Your orders will be e-mailed to you and you will access your credit card transactions via a password and retrieve your customer's credit card, order and shipping information and then process your credit card transaction at your terminal in your store or office. You must upgrade to a secure server and purchase an SSL certificate to use this option.

Web Design Options
Additional Pages - $100. per page.
Note: Text to be added to web sites must be submitted in a .doc (document) file format such as Word or within an e-mail. One Web Page consists of 8 1/2" x 11" standard size paper -or- 500 words/150 lines of space to a page. If one page exceeds this amount it will be considered an additional page and charged accordingly.
Secure Server Certificate Setup - $100.
Secure Server Certificate Setup - One time fee of $100 (Secure certificate is sold separately) - You must also purchase a Secure Certificate.
SSL or Secure Socket Layer access - this allows for the acceptance of encrypted information when accepting credit cards on line.
SSL Certificates - $250.
SSL certificates hold information about Web-servers. They contain information about the owners of the certificates, the server to which the certificate was sold, when it was sold and when it expires.
Visitors to your site will be able to submit credit card numbers or other personal information to your site, with assurance that they are really doing business with you, not an impostor, and that the information that they are sending to you can not be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.
Major Search Engine Registration - $75.
Submittal of up to 2,500 search engines, directories and site indexes. List of Major Search Engines we will submit to.
Domain Names Registered - $12. each
Domain Name Registration or Transfer Process, Registration Fees, URL Forwarding and Domain Name E-Mail is included.
Annual Domain Name Renewal fee is $12. per name.
Standard Web Graphics - $30. hourly
(Includes image resizing, compression and optimizing of customer provided images.) All graphic fees are hourly and begin from the initial conception to the completion of the design, including modifications in the design process requested by the client based on our hourly rate.
Custom Web Graphics - $50. hourly
(Customized logo's, banner's and flash movies.) All graphic fees are hourly and begin from the initial conception to the completion of the design, including modifications in the design process requested by the client based on our hourly rate.
Web Site Maintenance - $30. hourly
Maintenance includes, but not limited to, modifying written content, altering images and photographs. After the completion of your web site if you need updates, additions or modifications our site maintenance is hourly. All Web Design Packages include one hour of maintenance per quarter.

Q: Will I hold the copyright to my finished web site?
A: No, the initial design copyright remains with the original web site and/or graphic designers.
Page By Page Designs grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use images, flash movies, clipart and fonts
only as a part of the web site we've designed for you.
You do not own an exclusive license or copyright to our web designs. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Page By Page Designs.
Which introduces the subject of copyright infringement:
We defend our copyrights, as the design process is an expensive and time-consuming one,
and it is the nature of our “design“ that the customer expects from our originality and quality web site designs.
Our prices are fair, our web designs are excellent, and our customers are satisfied with the results.
Q: What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the web design?
A: You may:
- Place your web site on a web server and make modifications to the text and/or images that you supplied to the web designer.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our web design, graphic designs and animated or flash movies.
- You may not make modifications to the copyrighted flash movies, animation or graphic designs and images supplied by Page By Page Designs in the creation of your web site.

Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our web designs or graphic designs, modified or unmodified.
All products are the property of the providing companies and individuals who designed them.
Q: Do I get the source code for the Photoshop images and/or Flash movies as they appear on the web site?
A: You will not receive the compiled PSD (Photoshop) file of our custom images.
You will receive only the finished product as it appears on your web site.
You will receive only the SWF file of the Flash movies used in your web site.
A SWF file is a compiled, viewable only, flash file. You will use this format to display the Flash movie on the Internet.
All PSD and FLA source code files are copyrighted and protected from redistribution.
